Notes from SFAA General Member. Meeting 2/27/11

Last month at this time there were 22 buildings on the market in the 5+ category, today there are now 41 building on the market in MLS and 14 off MLS offerings (Marcus and Millichap offering) total of 55 buildings in various stages of the process.

Members Make the Difference

Members Make the Difference

As I look back on the last year, my first as SFAA president, I must say that this role has been more fulfilling than I had anticipated. I learned a lot about the legislative and political process on both the local and state level, and I’m looking forward to the challenges that will come in the new year.
