Assistant Property Manager/Admin Asst.

Small but fast paced family owned Real Estate and Property Management office needs an experienced part time property manager for 3 days a week. Ideal candidate would have the abilities and experience listed below

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

* California Real estate Licensee (current)
• MINIMUM of 2 years experience in Residential Management
• Experience with managing 100+ units
• Knowledgeable of San Francisco Rent Laws , eviction procedures is preferable
• Strong computer skills Word, Excel
• Strong initiative and problem solving skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Must be willing to be flexible
• Propertyware experience a plus, knowledge of MLS and Docusign***
• Work ethic and “Can do” attitude in entrepreneurial work environment
• Client service-oriented attitude — ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities include:

– Must have CA driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation/insurance
– Showing properties for sale and for lease (evenings and weekends)
– Preparing property statements, postcards, open home ads, assist w/ marketing packages
– Posting and publishing ads on the Web
– Meeting with contractors and service providers
– Keeping websites updated
– Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
– Responding to emails, returning phone calls, and meeting with clients
– Post building notices/ monthly building maintenance inspection
– Maintain tenant and customer service relations

There is plenty of room to grow in this position, depending on ability and motivation.
This position located in San Francisco, Laurel Heights

Hours and Compensation Details:
-Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
